Synergy is very user-friendly. We do not have to think anymore about room prices because the correct price is automatically indicated in Synergy. (…) We had a 14% increase revenues in one year and 6% increase in booking levels with RevPar increasing by CHF 11. This improvement happened in large part because of Synergy.
